I just tweaked my computer using the following settings below. I ran TAT for 7 hours and it didnt crash and the temp was reasonable.

CPU: E6400 @ 3.2 (1.375v)
Mobo: Gigabyte P965-DS3 (rev 2)
Memory: Corsair 6400 @ 4-4-4-10 (2.1v)
MCH: +2
FSB: +2

Core Temp: 44-46 idle / 63-66 Full Load (depending on room temperature)

I also have a 80mm fan @ 2600 ramp blowing the northbridge cool. I have checked the northbridge temp and its about ~35C (thats what my case is showing.)

How long will this last before it dies?

??? oooo, man that is a nice build!

I dunno how long that will last, you say it did TAT for 7 hours without fail? hard to believe it'd have problems if it could pull that (based on what I have been reading).

I cannot really tell you.. i dont know if anyone here can... sound amazing though I too am a newb but I've been reading a lot of these posts. And you seem like you've hit a good spot.

Sounds a bit hot to me, although I have not done the same testing as you have. After hours of WoW, I'm still running under 50C. Try reducing your Vcore. I am running same speed as you (3.2 GHz / 400 FSB) at 1.300 Vcore. The voltage change reduced my temps noticably from 1.375.

Our systems are very similar, I have the same case as you, but with a bigger cooler and lesser graphics card.

Looks like you got some good memory timings from your CAS5. I'm running the CAS4 version at 4-4-4-12. Haven't started messing with the timings yet.
