OC'ing a E6300

I just overclocked my e6300 to 3.2ghz with the ram at 1:1. The temps for each core range from around 50C idle to 60C under dual orthos. Is this good to run 24/7 on or should I lower the FSB back down.. I can either run 3ghz @ 4-4-4-12 or 3.2ghz at 5-5-5-15 . Any ideas?

I have a scythe ninja already with AS5. So 50C is high idle temp with an E6300 @ 3.2ghz on air?
