I cannot find it. I have a way to edit the registry for existing
users, but as soon as a new one logs in they have the wrong power
scheme (I am using XP Pro. if it matters). This machine also doesn't
have a Default User profile so I couldn't load the ntuser.dat hive.
Stuck. Any help is appreciated.
