Frigging things popping up when you scroll over them.
The intellitext popups are bad enough, but I do NOT want talking smileys and I sure as hell don't wan't "Hey I'm a fast M'fer and these shoes will make you just like me......if I f'd your momma".
Not seeing 'em. God bless Firefox and AdBlock plus.

What's next, ads popping up when you post?
Demotard...its called a host file. Google it. Or are you waiting for obamalama the moronic and his posse of socialist commies to rescue you?
Once in a while I'll get the annoying talking smiley emoticon talking when I roll the mouse pointer over the ad.
I forget the website it happens on. I think it's a porn site.
Other than that I don't have any issues. I used IE7 then used IE8 beta, RC and now RTM. I've use IE since version 5.
I use internet options in IE to set up what I consider optimal use for browsing.

The annoying one yesterday was an ad for running shoes that expanded, flash style, to cover about 1/4 of the page I had open (Estimate maybe 600x300p?)
The animated smileys have been on the top as well.
This is not a pop up as in a seperate window pop up, but something that pops up or expands within the page itself. Also, this being the work machine, I can't install jack. So no Firefox, adblockers, SS+D, or anything beyond self-contained exe's...
