depends on your needs and what you want to spend. do you need 2 pci-express, a mobo w/ firewire, wi-fi, esata, etc? from your list imo, ASUS P5B Deluxe

The P5B deluxe is a solid board then? I don't mean the WiFi edition I don't use wireless internet.

The P5B Deluxe (p965) is very solid and uses the more modern ICH8 southbridge. Also faster than chipsets using the ICH7 southbridge(Faster RAID 0,5, more USBs, etc). The 975x has some specific crossfire advantages and is considered a more "high-end" chipset than the p965.
The Gigabyte 965P-DS3 is a popular overclocker. The 680i has full-speed dual PCIe 16x and is more future proof with the 1333 fsb.

From what you describe, just get the P5B Deluxe. It's from a top motherboard maker, well tested, and has lots of features. PC freaks (enthusiasts) might rather have the 680i, but those boards are less mature and very expensive - so you must KNOW you need it.

Confused yet?

they're all good & with their own good points.
e.g. if you thought that SLI was possibly in the future for your 7950 then the P5N-E SLI is the obvious choice.
The abit AB9 QuadGT will run the 1066 strap to over 500fsb - this gives it better performance at those speeds than other 965 mobos that have switched to the 1333 strap usually around 400fsb.
