Likely, but you'd have to check with PCPartpicker to be sure.

Sorry for the late reply - if you order through pcpartpicker you will still receive the rewards. The order is still the same and is processed the same (it doesn't affect the items you ordered, their prices, etc.) The only difference is that pcpartpicker is marked for a referral for your order.
