My current ram is dying, any suggestions?

Hy everyone, I have some super talent ram right now that I love, but I'm starting to get random restarts, and prime95 doesn't last for two minutes if I put in one stick of ram, but lasts over 2 hours on the other, so I'm pretty sure I have one bad stick. Since super talent doesn't source from the same IC company all the time, I don't think I'd push my luck with them again, so I have a few choices.

Centon's 800 4-3-3-8
Anyone know where to get it? Their site has good prices, but doesn't have their advanced 4-3-3-8 ram that I know has a pretty high binned IC in it even though they advertise it.
Crucial Ballistix ddr1000 5-5-5-15
I can't really afford to buy it for $340, but if anyone knows where it's on sale, I will jump on the opertunity, as I have heard about good results from that for the price
Cellshock, do they even sell their ram in the us?

My budgets is upwards of $300, any other suggestions? I don't want anyone recommending corsair, because they are total bs right now for anything below their 1066 ram, as they send handpicked d9mgh versions of 6400c4 for reviews, but then include promos IC in their actual product, and buffalo just stopped putting d9's in their ram, so that's out of the picture too. Any suggestions? I'm really in need of help, and I'm willing to buy some ram off you guys if you have a good price and it's something that's oc's good, I'm kinda desperate at this point, I have tried too many companies and received bad luck with them
