I do have storage (2x 160GB SATA in RAID0 and a larger storage drive).
This will be an upgrade from my well served AMD XP3000+ :)

Any reccommendations if this will be a good system for gaming for the next 3/4 years and if the components are good choices are very welcome. I am considering proc/graphics upgrade in about two years.

You're buying the same system that I am. Looks perfect. I also hope to drop in a Quad after about a year for around $300. The E4300 should glide right up to between 3 and 3.2GHz. If you wait a couple weeks the price ought to fall $20 or more. Good luck.
