I thnk you need to tell what happened before others can help. Event id 1000
is a rather generic event and the followings are some of the possibilities.

Hi,

This is with reference to the issue you had with event id 1000 errors:

These error can happen due to multiple reasons.

Please replace the group policy with a new set of policy and see if it
helps.
