I bought an Antec - Performance TX-640B Case Includes 400Watt SmartPower 2.0 Power Supply. (PSU has two 12v rails 14A and 15A)

My question is can i use this power supply to power up the following:

Intel C2D E6600
ASUS P5B-E Mobo
2x1GB Corsair DDR2 800MHz
1 SATA HD
1 DVD Burner
8800 GTS Video Card

No overclocking and no SLI.

Thanks

As long as you do not overclock you should be fine.

The system needs at least 28A on the combined +12v rails. The Smartpower PSUS are very unreliable and tend to fail. Do not trust it to power your system. Get yourself a better PSU.

Thanks for the info.

Is Antec Neo He 550W Power Supply any good? No SLI but maybe
overclock later and use 8800 GTS video card.

Thanks in advance
