New computer - components

Building a new computer sometime soon. Currently I'm going with the current choice of components:

GPU Geforce G8800 (Any recommendations to a maker here?)

CPU Core 2 Duo E6600

RAM Kingston Value Ram 4*1 gb

BUNDKORT MSI P965 Platinum

PSU Hiper Type R 580W

Will the PSU be able to handle it? Any other comments on the system? Thanks on forehand.

Will be using the computer mainly for 3ds max and photoshop, so I need the ram. HD will probably be a single 200 gb unit.
So for the PSU. Should I find a better one? And how about the mobo, is it decent enough?

You need a 64 bit system to run 4 GB of memory. It will turn out something like 3.5 GB in windows.
If you are running 32 bit I would recommend 2 GB for now.

How much is the exact power consumption of the 8800 GTS? Somewhere above 200?

The Hiper 580 has 20A on 12v rail one and 18 on the 12 rail two. Is this really a problem for the setup?
Alternately, would the 730 watt version of the Type R do the trick?

Oh, and if not, does anyone have any suggestions with regard to an exact model, preferably modular.

With the 8800 you will need 28 amps on the 12v rails plus 2-4 for safety.
