NWN Platinum - DVD vs CDs?

Other than to save you from swapping disks, is there any advantage to buying
the NWN Platinum DVD version rather than the CD version?

Ok. Why exactlly is the exact same program burned to a DVD better than
burned on a CD?

Less chance of accidentally losing one disk out of three?

The only actual practical advantage has already been mentioned, i.e you
avoid having to deal with flipping cds.
For sane people who just use no-cd patches this isn't really much of an
issue, of course :)
