My computer will not restart. It will shut down and power on just fine but whenever I load some new software or whatever that requires the computer to restart, it tries but doesnt make it. Windows will shut down normally but then my displays will go out and the computer will just sit there. Every time I have to hard-reboot to get it back up. I know it isnt an OS issue because even when I go into the BIOS to make a change, save it and exit, I get the same indications.

My setup is as follows:

Antek900 case with Sylvia S12 600W PS
Asus P5N32-E SLI MB with 0602 BIOS
E6600 CPU with Zalman9500 cooler
eVGA 8800GTX GPU
WD SE16 HD
onboard LAN and Audio used

Any ideas? Please help as this drives me nuts!

Sounds like either motherboard or psu related.
