Would a P180 keep my rig pretty cool?

E6300 at 2.81 stock volts
2gigs DDR2 Corsair XMS2 800
Corsair 520w psu
8800 GTS
Biostar T-Force P965
1x 120gb WD
1 Optical

If not what is another quiet cool case

Alright guys thanx just to expand my options is there any other cases out there that keep your stuff cool/quiet and are cheaper? I kinda want something BIG :)
