e4300 vs. e6300 Which is better for Overclocking?

I know e4300 (core duo 2 cpu for the noobs, like me) has a lower FSB, but how do is make it better?
I also know that the e6300 has a higher FSB why isn't that better!?
Also if you want to, post your best price.
I want to get to 3Ghz with a Blue Orb II or a better one (recommend one!)(found here- )

Or is a dual core pentium D good? I heard on tomshardware they got it to 4Ghz, but thats water cooled and I'm cheap.

EDIT: How would I overclock them, and can you find me a good overclocking tutorial?
