e4300 vs. e6300 Which is better for Overclocking?

I know e4300 (core duo 2 cpu for the noobs, like me) has a lower FSB, but how do is make it better?
I also know that the e6300 has a higher FSB why isn't that better!?
Also if you want to, post your best price.
I want to get to 3Ghz with a Blue Orb II or a better one (recommend one!)(found here- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835106069 )

Or is a dual core pentium D good? I heard on tomshardware they got it to 4Ghz, but thats water cooled and I'm cheap.

EDIT: How would I overclock them, and can you find me a good overclocking tutorial?

  1. This will be my first overclock so I need a tutorial and some advice.
  2. In the overclocking forum:

Also Tom's just did a 3 part series on overclocking. You know Tom's Hardware...this website.

That settles me, lots of power consumption!!
If anyone finds a 650+ PSU on newegg.com for under $100 or close to it post it!
