Hi,

I need my phone to be able to talk with telemetry systems that run in JAVA
and cannot find anywhere to download the software.
can anyone help?

That's a pretty vague request.

What kind of telemetry system? What kind of communication?

My guess is that, unless the company that makes the telemetry system has
created a client for Pocket PC, you're SOL.
