Looks good. Personally (just my preference, not to influence) I would trade the raptor for something in 7200RRPM with higher capacity. 150GB doesnt seem to go very far theses days

I'd throw in an okay-sized 7200 rpm hard drive to put files and such on too as turpit mentioned. But that's easy enough to do after the fact. Otherwise it looks like a good, expensive, high-end gaming rig that you should be able to OC the snot out of.
