Actually the problem you are having with Gameplay would be more related to your 7100GS video card -- not only is it from an older generation of cards (3-4 generations old) but it is the very bottom card produced in that generation (the second number in the name represents the performance level 1-3 are low end cards for office and 2d apps - 4-6 are mid level still mostly 2d apps with a few low 3d demand games -- 7-9 designed for gaming and heavier 3d usage) and was designed for simple office type applications -- sure the celeron processor is not helping but upgrading it is not going to improve gameplay without changing the video card !!

Fortunately your MOBO does have a PCI-e slot so you can get a better video card and that would be my suggestion as to your first purchase and then see if gameplay improves enough and then decide whether the CPU upgrade is needed. Figure something like a this $79 before rebate ( $65 after MIR) sapphire 5670 would be a good fit (low power usage and decent mid level gaming card) and will give you a fairly big boost in performance and will be a much better boost than a CPU upgrade (though you may decide later to also do that)

but he can run it smoothly

games like

call of dutty MW2

or assassin crude 2
and avatar the game

other p.s
i wall upgrade every thing in my pc

the Q is witch one will be the first

The CPU will help some but as you mention you will at best get Low settings even with a very good CPU - where upgrading the Video card will get you at least medium settings with some high settings mixed in even with your current CPU and that would get you by for awhile until you can save up to get the better CPU (assuming you can't afford to do both right now - so the better option is the GPU frirst and then the CPU since the GPU will make more of a difference in performance for games right now !) -- The extra 2GB. of Ram can also wait awhile since 2GB. is enough and if you are on a 32 bit OS upping that to 4GB. will waste .75GB. since the max a 32 bit OS can use is 4GB. - the reserved system and video memory space or approx 3.25GB.

Your best option is to get the video card first and see if that improvement is enough to last a bit while you save up for the other components.
