So you think I should get a more powerful PSU and just use the sound card built into the motherboard? Any suggestions on a better PSU?

I'm happy to change the case.

Thank you for the link, but thats an American site and I would presume the power supply has an American electric socket. Could you possibly tell me the voltage and other requirements needed to run my processor and hardware in my computer, so I can look for the requirements on some Australian sites?
