there are a lot of good mobos that comply with what you have listed but most of them are going to have dual gfx capability of some kind be it either Crossfire or SLI.
What kind of a budget are you looking at for the mobo, which particular CPU, do you need RAID etc. etc.?

Seeing as you neeed to replace your mobo, try a eVGA 122-CK-NF68 board. They come with a lifetime warranty,so you'll be covered if anything happens.I own two of them, and have never had any kind of problem. Also for an extra $16.99 you can buy eVGAs new Advanced RMA Program. They cross ship your replacement and you get it over nite with no charge for shipping either way.By cross ship,i mean they send you a new board before you send the other one back. It's worth taking a look at.

Gigabyte 965P-DS3, Asus P5B-E, or Asus P5N-E SLI. All 3 are $150 or less.. may want to look to see which specifically support Quad though.. that's not always listed.

Do not waste your money man on other boards and specifications you would not need
I would suggest GIGABYTE GA-965G-DS3 for your case
One PCI-E, good overclocking and that is it

You want to go cheaper and still gives you what you want
GIGABYTE GA-965P-S3

ABIT AB9 Pro can do the same job like the GIGABYTE
