Newegg Whats Wrong With You

I ordered a bunch of things from newegg recently and the only thing that got damaged was the cpu....... The box was set inbetween everything and the entire box only had one thing of shipping paper.I RMA'd it and then talked to neweggs costumer support. I told her about it and she cancelled the RMA and filed it with UPS tampered and damaged shipments for a replacement. Am i just geting screwed over by newegg or will i actually ever receive my CPU. Has anyone ever had this problem?
