interesting read, glad to see M$ remove HAL and leave it to the audio card manufacturers, hopefully this will mean a boost for Auzentech, M-Audio, and etc, less hype and emphasis on EAX too...still too early to adopt Vista, but this is a step in the right direction...thanks for the link!
