Agreed - stop opening similar threads.

The Intel version would perform slightly better, up to you if it's worth it. The AMD system would also need DDR2-800 to get decent performance out of, rather than the DDR2-533 it comes speced with.

Both are insufficient in their current configuration due to lack of a dedicated video card. DDR2 533 is slow and 800 would serve much better. I suggest for you to build it yourself.
