When our users turn on there computers, before they can logon they have to
hit the OK button to a legal notice. I set the legal notice in the registry
on the computers in our domain through group policy. Our HR department is
requesting that the users check a "I agree to the above" box before they can
hit the OK button. Is this somthing that can be done within windows, or will
I have to make a custom app for this? Any help would be appreciated.

Halve,
I might simply suggest that you change the text by adding something to the
affect of "...by logging onto this computer I agree to the terms mentioned
above". Shoot. make it simply. Simply add the "I agree to the above."
