Sound card for 2.1 speakers and headphones?

I'm looking for a sound card that will accommodate my Logitech Z4 2.1 speakers and a descent set of headphones without killing my wallet. I really don't plan on upgrading my speakers because of clutter, but I may eventually get a nice set of headphones. The X-Fi cards just seem like they'd be overkill for my setup so I can't justify spending that kind of money on them. I'd prefer something in the 20-50 dollar range, but I might could be persuaded to spend up to 70. Any and all feedback/recommendation would be greatly appreciated!

for headphones, I would recommend Senn's PX100's or PMX100's. I have done alot of research, and they get top reviews, cost ~$40-50 USD.
