They were suppose to make one for a pc, but I havent heard about when or if they changed their mind.

Yes, it is, but you will have to resort to using third party software to transfer mp3's onto it.

Yes these people www.mediafour.com make software called Xplay that works quite well. I used it with my ipod before the ipod fell into carnegie lake... sigh...
