When is WD releasing something better than the raptor x??

just wondering, because im going to buy a new pc soon but i dont want to spend money on a raptor x, only to have a new one come out right after..

well, as far as future releases, not sure... as far as current releases, the 74GB ADFD 16MB raptor offers somewhat better performance overall, compared to the 150GB version, at close to half the price, around ~$140

so for price/performance, its certainly something to consider
