Can I disable multiple logons on my network through Group Policy?

I want users to be able to log into just their designated PC and not any
other PC....

You can use cconnect.exe from the resoure kit if you're looking to restrict
them from logging on to more than one machine at a time. However, if you're
looking to specify exactly which machine you're allowing a user to log on to
and do not want the user to be able to log on to any other machine, that can be
specified in the user account properties. AFAIK, however, there is not a GP
setting for this.
