Ok. i have with my dad built my p.c about October 2005, has been fine up till now. So i put a new processor and graphics card in December 06 which i installed been working fine up till now, had new ram in summer 06.
So i got the typical you have a serious error report or dont report.. and i got this code..

Wasnt much help, i know its not modem as dont use any of models there..
I dout very much its ACIP problem as why as it just suddenly started now.
So i did a RAM test.
I got 4 errors, used www.goldmemory.cz test and i got these 4 errors

So i though ok its a ram problem no probs new stick thatl be fine, so i have 2 512mb Kingston PC3200 400 DDR sticks, ones 2 years old other 1.
so i took my old one out worked fine for 4 hours then again restarted..
put other one back in , worked fine for about 9 hours one day, then 6 the next then i restarted my p.c myself and it did it again. Iv tried both sticks in different holder in my mother board..

So know i am stuck..

jeantech 230v 5.5A current 50Hz frequency
with total watt as 425.5W

im also going to run a hard disk check to see if its not that, though i dout it is.

For your system you need 21-23 amps on the 12v rails. Look at the label on your power supply to make sure it has enough amps.

I still think it may be somehow memory related. Have you run memtest on it to see what show?

Argh..noone will read all your stuff..
you have to isolate the cause..
Disconnect all your usb stuff, your dvd drive, you pci cards.
keep only the Hard drive and boot. And NO OVERCLOCKING..
If this doesn't help to get something more stable
you have to decide your dad to run your memory in his pc..
and you, his memory in your pc..
for a while..
if your dad's one crashed or get errors.. hey you know the answer.
if yours still crashed with your dad's memory in it, you have a motherboard issue. it's probably becoming weak with the recent updates..
One thing that can save your motherboard : check the memory parameters in the bios, voltage, cas, etc and make them match with the memory documentation..it can help. You maybe have a motherboard too old that cannot handdle the default parameters of your recent memory.
