Policy to fix NIC settings in registry!??

I have the following problem and was wondering if you could solve it with a
group policy??

Hi,

I have a massive problem. I need XP to change the order of my nics. Im using
win xp pro service pack 1 on an IBM t41. I know that you can go to Network
Connections\advanced and then toggle up and down but this setting returns on
occassion to the wrong order. I want internal NIC 1st and then WIFI NIC. I
need to find they key in the registry where i change the order or what key do
i need to add to get the required result?? PLEASE help this is very urgent!!
