Nope, it is celtic regardless. Pronounced with a k sound but still spelt with a c, celtic football club uses the different pronounciations for their own reasons, to differentiate or something likethat.

It depends on the language I guess. In Dutch it is spelt with a K. No idea wh AV used the k though.
