I'm kind of fighting between getting a Gigabyte DS3 or Asus P5B Deluxe, I consider the price difference ($30), can anyone point out what MoBo is going to be good with the E4300 or is it just there both good and depends on which I prefered(I do plan to do some mild OC in the future with this CPU).

both good but obviously a different feature set for the extra money.
if you just need a basic mobo save the $.
