Both core temps are 35c using the core temp program, but in my bios it says it is at 52c. I have a EVGA 680i mobo and a Intel E6600 Proc. I am also using the latest bios update for this board. Which is accurate?

There both record temps in differnet ways, the BIO's temp monitor uses an external sensor built on the mobo, Core Temp uses the temp node built into the cpu die itself. I trust Core Temp most of the time, but no temp monitor can be 100% accurate. They all have a margin of error of about 5-10%, just tack that much onto every reading you get to be on the safe side.
