Yes but as for your ram, unless you are planning on buying two of the one you selected you will hinder performance. You should buy two of the same size so you can run DUAL CHANNEL. I you are set with 1GB total here is a better solution.
CORSAIR XMS2 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

On the motherboard for $6 more you can get a lot more motherboard.

ABIT IB9 LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard

yeah, i'll change to that ram so i can run dual channel, but if you read the reviews on that mobo it has some boot problems =( anyone know of a better mobo than the one i selected for around the same price? thanks.

Also, if the mobo says "ddr2 standard 667" will ddr2 800 ram work with it?

Sorry I did not read the reviews, I was trying to show that for a couple of dollars more you could get a better motherboard. I would look for something with the Intel 965 chipset.

As for the ram, if you were to stay with the motherboard you chose having a maximum ddr2 667 and you put ddr 800. The board would just default to its maximum.
