I'm going to be building a new system & I need to do it right. So, I'm looking for some advice.

My priorities:
1) Rock-solid reliability
2) Good gaming performance (doesn't have to be the best, does have to be good).
3) Upgradeable w.out changing the mobo (ie, cpu)

Other Info:
1) I will not be Over-clocking this machine
2) I will not SLI
3) I'll be running XP-Pro on it for at least a year; but I want it to be Vista-Premium capable.
4) Total budget of ~1200 (I already have monitor, kbd, mouse, DVD)

I'm already sold on the following components:

Case:
COOLER MASTER Centurion 532 RC-532-SKN1 Black Aluminum bezel, SECC chassis ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811119094
Why: Good look, good price, USB & audio ports on top

Sound:
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16829102006
Why: When the computer is on, I'm probably either gaming or listening to music

CPU:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz 4M shared L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819115003
Why: It seems like the performance/price sweet-spot. Plus the 4M of L2 cache.

Video:
One of the X1950XT's - I'm not sure which one yet.
Why: I won't be moving to Vista for at least a year, & this seems like the best DX9 card for around $250

Advice Needed:
Given the above, what would you all recommend for:

Motherboard?
Memory?
Power Supply?

Thanks!
