IE Home Page Is Blocked out...how do I open it up again???

I want to change my Homepage on my IE 6.0 browser, but when I go to the
General Tab in Internet Options the Homepage is "blocked-out" and I'm unable
to key anything into the URL field.
How do I open up this HomePage field again so that I can change my home page
at will???
I'm using XP Pro....

Have you used Spybot S & D's Immunize feature? If so, turn it off, make
your change, and turn it back on
