Intel 45nm Penryn is monolithic???

According to this isreali site, the guy at the bottom right is holding a Penryn chip which surprisingly looks like a singe die chip. Hmmm..... :?:

Penryn is a dual core so and a shrink of Merom so its expected to be single die. The question is whether the first 45nm quad-core will be one piece of silicon or MCM ...
