Upgrade windows vista ultimate to 7 home premium?

I have vista ultimate on a computer, I have a windows 7 home premium disk. Can use the win7 disk to upgrade from vista ultimate to 7 home premium?

You can't upgrade Vista Ultimate to 7 Home Premium. The upgrade will require a clean installation and afterwards you will be running Windows 7 Home Premium
