blue exclamation icon on ou folder in gpmc?

Four of the ous under a domain listed in the group policy management console
treeview have a blue exclamation point circle on their folder icon. Does
anyone know what this means?

That means that block inheritance is enabled for those OU's which you will
see when you right click the OU. --- Steve
