Well click on your windows start icon in the lower left corner.
Your start menu opens and you probably have a picture icon at the top right of the menu.
Click on the picture icon and from there you can change your administrator name.

You do realize you have stumbled into the pervert section of toms hardware forums.

It's a fully suspended recumbent trike. Good to carry ~70Kg on the back and eats things like the US coast to coast ride. Not a bad idea for somebody that loves cycling but not the back pain that seems to crop up every once in a while.
