group policy and terminal services

I posted this under the terminal server thread also.

I created a OU and applied a group policy for the OU. When the user logs
onto the workstations the policy applies and works good. When the user logos
on to the terminal (same username, password and domain) the policy is not
applied.

Any suggestions

Is the Terminal Server subject to a GPO that enforces loopback?

231287 Loopback Processing of Group Policy
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=231287

If it is, and it's in replace mode, the policy which will normally be
applied to the users will be ignored.

I tried that and I can't seem to get it working.

I'm not sure what the problem is. It seems pretty straight forward.

I did see the link you attached while doing my research. The part the

worries is that it said the client needs to be win2k. I am using XP pro

clients to connect to the TS. Is that the problem.
