Corsair makes some nice RAM, although I wouldn't pay any sizeable premium for their products. That said, it is more or less assured to run with the DQ6, but if you can find some cheaper equivalent RAM, I'd say jump on it.

And pogi, an Aquarius II? For shame. The white cables are cool though, and I'm loving what you did with the 7800, I had a similar thing going on when I had one, with a P3 and an A64 heatsink.

I say if you have the money go for it. If you use memory intensive programs or games than its a great choice. If you plan on using your pc to surf the web and play an ocassional game than I wouldnt buy it. I recently purchased 1 Gig Corsair CMX512-3200C2. It sure did cost a pretty penny but its worth it. All I need to do now is take out the rest of my crappy ram and add more of the Corsair. Do do whats best for you though.

Corsair RAM is great.

just be careful there prices dont always match up, you can get the same ram chips but rated at different frequencies, check the latencies and youll probs find you can get the same ram for cheaper then lower the frequencies.

Is the high price of Corsair RAM worth it?

I'm considering the following purchase:

Memory $260
Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C4 DDR2 800MHZ (2 Gigs Total)
http://www.corsair.com/corsair/products/specs/TWIN2X2048-6400C4.pdf

Any chance I would regret going with Corsair??

If you plan on overclocking, you won't regret getting good ram.
I run the same in my system around 1100MHz.

This dosen't look like a budget build, so go for it.

I just tested a set a few days ago.
They have a lot of potential.
not as good as my SuperTalents but at 800MHz they were fairly even.
you might get lucky and be able to run 3-4-3 @ 2.2 volts 8)
