Acer 4738g win 7 start up disk

My ACER 4738g is not starting up, intially after the bios screen, the next screen is resuming windows and after its stuck with message ''setup is starting services''. Nothing is happening after that. I do have a boot CD and i tried ALT+F10 also. Can anyone suggest some soluton

How long have you waited at that screen? Have you contacted ACER?

This ''setup is starting services'' stays on, no other activity is taking place. Nope, i haven't contacted ACER.

If it sits there for 30 mins or more, could be a hardware issue, which is why you'd want to contact ACER. If neither restore disks nor the recovery partition worked, they can walk you through testing things and get you a replacement if needed.
