Ok, so the deal is that i need to fit ~750$ and i read that article about overclocking to get 81% more for 27$, so im gonna overclock that c2d e43. I dont know what other parts to use to fit that ~750$ sum. Parts/soft that i dont need: OS, floppy, DVD, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headphones(lol).

well only problem witht he 750 is you gotta buy expensive RAM DDR2800, and once you do that its not gonna leave much room for the other things.

There is no need to buy DDR2 800. Look at other posts on the E4300. They all say that you can get away with cheaper RAM - no more than DDR2 667, due to the lower FSB on the E4300.
