Have couple of OUs, all on same level. On one of the OUs created a GPO and
linked it to itself, it works fine.
Also linked the original GPO to other OUs, but this is not working.

Any ideas? What should I check?

TIA.

Make sure that the user and or computer accounts that you want the Group
Policy to apply to exist in the OU structure. Verify that computer and or
user configuration for the Group Policy is enabled and that the read/apply
permissions are what you need to apply to the computer/user. The support
tool gpresult is helpful in determining what policy is applying to a
computer/user and the last time the policy was applied. The link below may
help. --- Steve
