I noticed my DDR2-800 RAM is designed to run at 2.1V, but my motherboard has been running it at 1.8V, the default for the mobo. I don't actually have any interest in overclocking at this time, but would increasing the voltage to the memory's designed 2.1V increase performance? Or am I better off leaving it where it is? My mobo is a Gigabyte GA-M57SLI-S4 if that makes a difference. Thanks for the help.

If it runs OK @ 1.8 volts, you might as well leave it. Your RAM will run cooler, and less strain on MOBO, PSU, etc.
