I have raised my FSB to 386 to give me a speed of 2.7GHz. I have also adjusted my other settings to read:

system memory multiplier at 2
dram timings 5-5-5-15 (this is what my memory is rated at anyways so I did not change - using G.SKILL DDR2 667 1GB)
DDR2 Overvoltage control +.2v
FSB overvoltage +.2v (1.4v)
(G)MCH voltGE +.1V (1.55V)
CPU VOLTAGE AT 1.275

After running Prime95 torture test on both cores, the test passes and temps are fine. However, in BIOS my memory frequency now reads 667 772, with the 772 increasing as I raise the FSB on the cpu host frequency. Is this normal/ok? I do not plan to OC much higher as the fans get alittle noisy, but how high could this setting go. I may try to hit 3 Ghz which I think is possible as long as my memory is not holding me back. Is there anything that can be done about the fan noise as well? Thanks

Your system bus or FSB is rated at 266MHz x 4, your memory is that 266MHz x 2 at this divider, hence 386MHz (your overclocked value) x 2 = 772MHz. The only way to tell if your memory is working fine is to use MemTest a program that runs in Windows and will help you find any errors in memory faster than the equivalent for DOS. So download the Windows version. If you want to try hitting a higher mark and your memory does not take it, use a higher divider for memory from your BIOS and try loosening the timings a bit if possible. You should be able to use a manual setting for the fans from within the BIOS or if set to SmartFan and still getting noise, improve the airflow of your case with big silent 120mm fans, or even get a better heatsink.
