Will A Thermalright Ultra-120 fit on my motherboard ?

Hello. I have just bought a new pc and i would like to order a Thermalright Ultra-120 to OC the E6600.

Here's my rig:

Thermaltake 8500 armor case
Intel E6600 2.4 mhz
MSI 975X Platinum V.2
2X1GB Corsair Dominator 6400 @ 800 MHZ
Geforce 8800 GTS

My quenstion is, will the Thermalright ultra-120 cooler fit on my motherboard? I noticed that my memory is pretty close to the intel's cpu cooler like 3 cm away from it.

After doing some browsing looks like it'll fit fine some after market HSF's block off one dimm but with the thermalright Ultra 120 at L63.5 x W132 x H160.5 mm should be able to fit it.

Get your measuring tape out!
