blue screan of death

i need help i just installed a bio-star socket 462 motherboard and a wd 80 gig harddrive went to put in windows ex pro sp2. bios set @ cdrom first when all the drivers load and then it goes to starting windows xp the blue screan comes up with this error. 0x0000007b (0xf7c54524, 0xc0000034) don't under stand the hardrive can be seen in bios. and i had run the wd data lifeguard tools and ran fine. but it still won't let windows run. please can anybody help me thanks

So your saying when you finished formatting the hard drive and installing a fresh copy of xp and once it got done installing XP the computer restarted and went to continue to load xp and suddenly a blue screen of death? or are you saying when u press a key to boot into windows and when it started to load drivers from cd you get a blue screen of death?

usually its your memory (RAM) that causes trouble with loading windows.
