It has a VIA chipset. Destruction is required.

" So far VIA has never made a good one!!! "
LOL true.

I dream wet dreams of the legendary BX-chipset. So rock stable. Beutiful.

What about MiniITX, NanoITX and PicoITX platforms?

Those are embedded and/or low-power applications where speed isn't of the essence. Not as much as in a reasonable desktop, anyway...

Don't mind me - I'm still trying to wrap my head around some OEMs putting 'Overclocking Ready' and similar stickers on boxes containing VIA-based motherboards.

It still has a chipset and it's not half bad. Also low power mid performance way before Atom showed it's face.

Pricking the troll with toothpicks dipped in iodine antiseptic would be entertaining.

The word slay and sledgehammer doesn't conjure factual nor logic interpretations for me.

Axe and slay yes. Not sledgehammer. Unless it's one of those urban ones from Efrika.

Things are well. I had a job change and I'm not in front of a computer at work anymore. That, and things down here have been pretty quiet.

That's incredibly slow. I have 4 GB RAM, and 4 Ghtz clock speed. Also quad-core processor and a huge hard drive.

I know of something else that's incredibly slow.

** Clubs Zippy over the head with a crusty copy of readers wives **
** Stuffs Zippy into Mk 4b 'Gimp edition' Llama suit **
** Connects nozzle to conveniently located vacuum pump **

I still feel bloated.
Thank you for caring. Not many friends would go the extra distance to help a guy out!

** Places sticky label on Zippy that reads 'Wingding Bank Balance' **
** Posts Zippy to a certain Ex-Model in Dublin **

Your bloated feeling should be alleviated in approximately 30ns.
